Guadalajara / Mexico - Javier's pre-Hispanic Mayan replica sculptures, vessels and figurines are
currently on display at Los Altos Cultura Center in colonial Jalisco, Mexico, and are being used by the
Mexican National Archaeological & Historical Institute as teaching pieces.


His art celebrates and captures the elegant beauty, culture and symbolism upon which the Mayan
people created a magnificent civilization.


Javier's stained glass sculptures and wall hangings are unique, one-of-a-kind, abstract expressions
inspired by the colors and shapes of nature's elements. The abundant use of intense and colorful hues
in his works display his true passion for nature.
Javier is also an accomplished designer/painter who uses many techniques to create the look of stone, wood graining, marble, plus
ragged, brushed and sponge-textured finishes. He has both built and designed residential properties from start to finish and enjoys the
immense creativity it employs. Javier is presently working in stained-glass applications and one-of-a-kind furnishings.

seemed to serenade me with their songs, the church bells seemed to float on the breeze, and my Mestizo roots comforted me. The
